When we flew thousands of kilometers to Jinhua, standing on the stage of the gala to commemorate the 18th anniversary of the peak entrepreneurship 60#, I was extremely excited. The cheers and applause from the audience, the affirmation of the leaders and colleagues after the performance, all tell us that all the efforts are worth it and everything is so meaningful.
In order to reflect the local characteristics of our Yunnan peak multi-ethnic enterprises and Pu 'er, we have selected "Welcome to Pu 'er" and "Happy Lahu. Among them, "Welcome to Pu 'er" is a song accompanying dance. The song is the original theme song of the tea fair recently held in Pu 'er. In order to highlight the theme spirit of the company's 60rd anniversary activity, it was slightly changed under the guidance of the original author Pu 'er Culture Director. It not only fully respects the originality, but also adds lyrics that are in line with Yunnan's peak. In addition, there are four ethnic dancers, representing our Pu'er ethnic minorities to reflect each other, unite and prosper together. Warm dancing, sincere singing melodious and bold, welcome friends from afar to visit Pu'er, welcome everyone to experience the elegant demeanor of civilized, fashionable, hospitable and enterprising Pu'er people.
"Happy Lahu" is a minority dance in Lancang County, Pu'er, Yunnan. It is cheerful and lively, mainly reflecting the happy life of the Lahu people. Dance movements originate from the daily life of Lahu people. Transplanting rice seedlings, sowing seeds, cutting rice, stepping on millet, carrying millet, etc. are all happy manifestations of Lahu people's optimistic and upward life.
Our Yunnan Jianfeng leaders attached great importance to this performance and specially hired Xiao Zhou, a dance major in the cultural center, to guide us. Although Xiao Zhou is younger than most of us, his seriousness in doing things is enough to impress everyone. Every day after work, she commutes to and from Simao to Yunnan peak nearly 100 kilometers of winding mountain highway, even sometimes there is no time to eat dinner, from rehearsal venues, sound, rehearsal discipline requirements are personally deployed.
Our dancers come from different positions, including front-line workers and office clerks. The work and rest time is also inconsistent. Some work day shifts and some work shifts, but everyone has the same characteristic-not afraid of hardship. Both shows are cheerful, but the rehearsals are also monotonous and tedious. We rehearse after work every afternoon, sometimes in the stadium, sometimes in the conference hall, we practice an action over and over again, and we come up with a "punitive measure" that one person is uncoordinated and the whole team comes back ". In order not to drag the leg, some people even practice to leg ligament injury. Xiao Liu from the Anhuan Department needed recuperation due to his serious injury and finally had to become a hero behind the scenes. Ronaldinho of the quality inspection department still insisted on practicing until his knee was swollen and painful with plaster. He was too painful to jump. He sat beside him and watched the study and was familiar with the essentials. Xiao Li of the general department couldn't take care of picking up the children from school. he asked this one today and the gang once tomorrow. every time after rehearsal; xiao Xu, a financial person, didn't "confess" until everyone saw that his movements were out of shape and his knee was too painful to move. Xiao Lu from the marketing department sweated like a water splashing festival every time he rehearsed. We didn't have any dancing skills, and only a few people had the experience of performing. For the rehearsal plan of first tightening and then loosening, we all worked hard, the image of the Pu'er ethnic minorities and the Yunnan peak should be displayed in the best possible state.
As the saying goes, "Three minutes on stage, ten years off stage", under the careful guidance of Teacher Xiao Zhou and the joint exploration and efforts of everyone, we gradually realized that dance should not only pay attention to the standard of movements, but also pay attention to the coordination of facial expressions, the communication between peers, the coordination of sound beats, and the understanding and emotion of music style in each movement, only in this way can we express the charm of dance.
More than two months of hard rehearsal and the successful completion of the performance task are the best interpretation of our Yunnan peak people's spirit of peak. Although the party is over, the touching bits and pieces of rehearsal still appear in my mind from time to time. The seriousness of the instructor and the fighting spirit of the students make us more united and harmonious in our work. The small episodes during rehearsal and performance are still the topics we talk about after work. In the production process of low-alkali cement, Daye Peak changed the traditional scheme of using high-grade sandstone ingredients alone to replace part of the sandstone and part of the iron correction material with iron ore waste soil, which not only controlled the alkali content in the clinker, but also increased the Al2O3 content in the clinker, ensuring the easy burnability and high early strength of the clinker. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost.
