I also vividly remember the past few months of rehearsing the dance "Do not forget your initiative mind.

received the notice that the company was going to hold a performance for employees. Jinxi Factory immediately took action to organize the female employees who like dancing in the factory to rehearse the dance by taking advantage of the rest time in the workshop and the machine maintenance time in the workshop. At the beginning of the rehearsal, it was July and August, and the sun was blazing. Not to mention practicing dancing, even standing still would sweat like a pig. However, with the love of dance and the persistent enthusiasm for the company, everyone overcame all kinds of difficulties and still persisted. Two sisters were ill and still persisted in the hot weather. The workshop was overhauled and rested. The sisters in the workshop took a bus from their home in Jinhua city to the factory to practice. Is this just because of the love of dance? No! This is all because we are peak people and have rock-like perseverance; this is all because we have the same goal to show our best side to everyone at the peak anniversary celebration.

"Do not forget your initiative mind" is a magnificent song, but our dance is not only to let everyone feel the momentum of the song, but also to experience our gratitude to the company as peak employees. Only in this way can we dance out the charm. During the whole rehearsal process, the sisters worked very hard, especially the difficult movements and repeated training. They often practiced for a few hours and had back pain, but they did not complain. From the chaos at the beginning to the unity of the final pace, every little progress makes us feel happy and increases our confidence.

Peak Entrepreneur 60th Anniversary Gala from Peak Hope Primary School. There were more than 160 peak employees performing on the stage, one of whom had a slightly special identity. Ruoyang is the highest township in Jinhua, known as "Jinhua Little Tibet". Qintan Village under its jurisdiction is nicknamed "Little Potala Palace" because villagers' houses are built along steep hillsides ". Lisa Liao spent her childhood in Qintan, a mountain village with beautiful scenery. In April of

2000 , the teaching building of Ruoyang Jianfeng Hope Primary School was completed and opened. Lisa Liao also became a freshman in this school this year. Moreover, it is probably a little bit of luck to sit in the brand-new "peak hope building" as soon as you enter school. With the help of the peak people, the teaching conditions of Ruoyang Primary School have been greatly improved, and the original classrooms have been divided into dormitories. The transportation in the mountainous area is inconvenient. Most of the children live in the school. A few high and low beds are combined into a Datong shop. A dozen children live in a dormitory. However, Liao Lisha, who is cheerful and active by nature, obviously doesn't care much about this. After studying, she runs all over the mountains with her friends and is extremely happy.

In 2002

, the editorial department of "Peak Newspaper" organized correspondents to visit Qingfeng Hope Primary School in Ruoyang. It coincided with the weekend and walked several hours on the mountain road to Qin Tan with the returning students. Along the way, Liao Lisha skipped and ran before and after, and warmly invited Jianfeng's uncles, aunts, brothers and sisters to the home. This lively child left a deep impression on everyone.

She majored in bioengineering and is now a warehouse QA in Jinxi Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical. She is responsible for the quality assurance of raw and auxiliary materials for drug production. Her responsibility is not light. Asked about her work experience in the past two years, Liao Lisha made an analogy: "Biopharmaceuticals are her family and chemical pharmaceuticals are her neighbors." Because I didn't come into contact with sterile pharmaceuticals when I was in school, when I first arrived at the factory and saw the clothes in the clean area, I felt like I had entered the plot of the movie, which was very fresh.
