seeing the performance photos sent out by WeChat group, I suddenly felt my expression on the stage was so stiff and obviously very nervous. Indeed, at that time, somehow, my voice was suddenly blocked and I couldn't make a sound. I was always chanting my lines in my heart, for fear of forgetting, for fear of affecting the performance of my companions, even if I had memorized them very well at ordinary times, even if I wrote the lines myself, I still felt great pressure. At the beginning of the

rehearsal, I took the initiative to take up the backbone and the burden of creating and arranging three sentences and a half. Three and a half sentences is a popular form of performance. It seems simple, but it has requirements for sentence patterns, number of words, and rhymes. In order to get through the writing of lines as soon as possible, I spent three nights constantly revising it. Sometimes my brain suddenly opened up after I fell asleep. I got up quickly to write down my inspiration for fear of forgetting it the next day. But in general, due to lack of experience, the final lines can only be said to be moderate.

The three-and-a-half-sentence props are mainly drums, small cymbals, big cymbals and gongs. I assigned the four instruments to four actors, including myself, set their own rhythms, and then coordinated with each other. A colleague's sense of rhythm is not very good, either fast or slow. In order to exercise her sense of rhythm, I suggest that she try to find the beat of the dance music when she dances in the morning meeting every day, and sometimes use clapping or stomping to exercise and beat the beat. Gradually, her sense of rhythm has obviously improved, and the music of our "small band" sounds more harmonious.

I don't write long lines, only 13 paragraphs, but I have to work hard to memorize them, because this is the basis of the performance, and there must be no mistakes. A companion recorded his lines on his mobile phone and chanted words in the factory car commuting to and from get off work every day. The earnest energy is really admirable!

However, even if you know the words by heart, when you first start to cooperate, there is still a phenomenon of "stuck". You often look at me and I look at you, but giggle. As long as we hear that there are some unsatisfactory places, we immediately stop and point out the matters needing attention, and then go to the next link after repeated practice. When the program has taken shape, immediately record a video and go home to ponder it slowly. Expression, rhythm, body language…… A detail is constantly pondering, modify clear down.

Looking back on the rehearsal process of more than two months, I have been troubled by the inappropriateness of a line, the disharmony of rhythm, the lack of fullness of movement, and the imperfection of stage effects such as costume modeling... It sounds bitter, but it is full of fullness and happiness. A good program cannot be separated from the joint efforts of the team, and it cannot be separated from the leaders and colleagues who give us the stage. She chose the performance form of three and a half sentences, wrote her own lines, selected actors, prepared props, looked for costumes, arranged rehearsal time, and implemented everything one by one. Before the first rehearsal, I happened to be on a business trip. She gave me a task. During the business trip, I had to memorize my lines and I obediently did it. But when I came back to practice together, I found that my rhythm was obviously wrong, and the rhythm of playing cymbals was simply a mess. No less criticism for this. For this reason, I hummed all the way home, trying to get myself into the rhythm.

# When 253 first rehearsed, everyone would mispronounce their lines, disrupt the rhythm, go at the wrong pace, and even laugh. The same mistakes were repeated. We continue to improve our movements and language in practice, and practice every detail over and over again, so that they slowly become habits. Because the program has to beat gongs and drums, working hours will affect the work, so we can only rehearse after work. The sound of gongs and drums often attracts the doorman uncle on duty to visit and also attracts colleagues who work overtime to watch. We took the opportunity to ask colleagues to help us take the video, and the "money guide" carefully watched it, found out the areas that need improvement, and conveyed it to everyone in detail through WeChat.
