received the dance rehearsal notice, it was less than two months before the performance time. For such a variety of dances, it is not easy to pay attention to the viewing of the program, but also to consider the difficulty of the dance movements. It is not easy to choose a suitable performance for the staff of the Akihama Factory. By chance, when I heard "Taihu Beauty", I felt that the melody of this song was elegant and soft, and it was in tune with the stage effect we wanted to present. After consulting the factory leaders, I decided to rehearse the dance with "Taihu Beauty.
is short in foot and long in inch. Most of the female employees in Qiubin Factory are old spikes with more than ten years of work experience. The oldest person participating in rehearsal is 48 years old. They are all praised as experts at work, but dancing is mostly "laymen". Such a soft dance is a very challenging thing for them. To this end, the factory specially invited a dance teacher to help everyone get started as soon as possible.

Although a dance teacher is invited, it is impossible for a dance teacher to teach by hand every day. Most of them still have to practice by themselves. The melody of "Taihu Beauty" is soft and beautiful, but it is difficult to count the beats. Some people can't hear it at all. They always watch how others jump and follow them. They always jump out of order. Therefore, at the end of each exercise, a few of us who can understand the beat stayed to figure out a simple and effective way for them to step on the right beat, and to specify which word to start, which word to raise their hands, and which word to lift their umbrellas, so that everyone's movements began to gradually become neat.
From the beginning of limb stiffness, after repeated practice, gradually able to master every movement, can't remember how much effort everyone has put in. In particular, the two sisters had to kneel at the beginning of the dance. Every time they rehearsed, they did not know how many times they had kneeled. Their knees were blue and purple, but they never complained and said, "This is nothing". At first, due to unfamiliar movements, everyone's umbrella would fight and even hit their companions, but everyone laughed it off; some sisters would practice consolidating movements at home at night... All this is for a common wish, to show the beautiful side to everyone, and to make a modest contribution to the 60th anniversary party.
Our sisters are all wives and mothers. They play different roles in life. They have to work hard and take care of the family. Now they have to practice dancing. How to coordinate time is everyone's biggest headache. During the rehearsal, Fang Ling's father was still ill in hospital. She once wanted to give up the performance, but with the support of her family and for the sake of this big group, she gritted her teeth and survived.
As the party time approached, the rehearsal atmosphere became more and more tense, but even if they were exhausted, everyone still insisted. Even if they were tired, they would practice repeatedly until they were satisfied. After nearly two months of intense rehearsal, the dance finally took shape.
However, it is not a feeling to perform on stage and rehearse in the factory after all. When we received the rehearsal notice, we were all a little nervous. On the day of rehearsal, there were even people who jumped wrong! However, everyone encouraged each other and cheered each other. During the formal performance, the dance was finally completed successfully, showing everyone the elegant demeanour of our female workers in Qiubin Factory.
