"Ten Years is not very long for a person's life, but it must not be short. Ten years, from ignorance to maturity, from thin to full, this is also a harvest. From ten to twenty years, and then to sixty years, in the past more than 18,000 days and nights, we still stick to a responsibility, heart to heart, and continue to inherit the spirit of never giving up." Today, I have been in love with Jianfeng for more than ten years. I put this emotion into the story of "Heart to Heart" and wrote it into this script.
all say that quality depends on rationality and art depends on sensibility. I have been engaged in quality management for a long time, but this time I have also applied my rigorous and serious attitude to the program. 4 took over the task of planning the program in August. I first spent a week to complete the initial plan of the program, taking into account every detail from the soundtrack, starring, group performance, costumes, props to the stage layout. If the show is to be performed well, the partner is the most important. I chose young people from within the company to be opera partners, and trained a girl who was not good at singing and occasionally out of tune to become a competent actor. Considering the age and shift of the drugstore staff, the dancers selected 15 people from the big store. The casting of the drumming and flute players was also finalized after a series of twists and turns. According to the requirements of the preliminary examination of the evening program of the group company, I submitted the plan to the relevant leaders of the group for review, and adjusted the soundtrack and duration according to the review opinions, striving to meet the requirements of "clear theme, cheerful rhythm and festive background.
In my script, the whole show is divided into three scenes. The accompaniment music was integrated and burned in 6 , and after all the actors were in place in 7 , the dance teacher was officially invited to coach the movements. According to the soundtrack of each scene, the rehearsal frequency twice a week was carried out step by step. In order to control the cost of asking the teacher, considering the actors' acceptance of the dance movements in the three scenes, I controlled the number of teacher coaches to 10 , and organized everyone to watch the teacher's coach video repeatedly in the next few months, picking the details of the movements to the accompaniment music. During the rehearsal time of 4 months, we constantly denied ourselves, adjusted ourselves and improved ourselves, and finally we were able to smoothly connect the whole program. In order to highlight the characteristics of Yue opera performance, after learning the original movements by myself, actors Hua Dan and I also asked professional opera teachers from China Wu Opera Academy and Jinhua Art School to guide and adjust the singing and movements. Our cast members have also become more confident and calm after undergoing many stage experiences. At the 33rd anniversary party of peak venture 60#, the answer sheet was successfully submitted. program is actually very long, even if it is three days and three nights, I'm afraid I can't finish it. As the director and actor of "Heart to Heart", I am proud of the cast team of our big pharmacy, and even more grateful to the behind-the-scenes heroes who did not appear on the stage. It was everyone's low-key dedication and self-sacrifice that led to the success of the party; it was everyone's trust, support and tolerance that constantly pushed us forward.
