Good afternoon!
I am Han Changliang from Daye Peak. I am honored to participate in this speech contest organized by the group company. The title of my speech today is "Walking with Models , and Peaking Together".
When chatting in my spare time, someone asked me, are you happy? I told each other without thinking: yes, I am very happy, also very happy. My reason is simple: join a good industry, be in a good company, have a good career. Because in my opinion, a company that has the courage to innovate will surely be able to walk in the forefront of the times; an enterprise with humanistic care will surely attract more outstanding talents; a team of elites will surely cultivate extraordinary professionalism. Nine years of "peak" course, time has verified my judgment and choice. Nine years of "peak" moment, let me harvest four insights of life:
first, and diligent people, you will not be lazy. "When you enter the door of the peak, you will be a peak." That was the first thing the teacher said to me. 2009 2 September 16 , I walked into the gate of daye peak with a bright vision for the future and became a new recruit in the manufacturing workshop. When I first arrived, I only have the enthusiasm for work, but lack the spirit of hard work and excellence. Ordinary and monotonous work, let my heart tired. However, my master is meticulous in his ordinary post and enjoys himself! So I asked him curiously, and he smiled and said: If you treat your career as a career and your company as a family, you will find happiness. I suddenly realized that ordinary does not mean mediocrity, every post has its role and value. To do ordinary work well and achieve perfection is an extraordinary person!
Second, walk with positive people and you will not be depressed. "The master led the door and the practice was personal." This is the second sentence the teacher told me. When I first came to the workshop, I only knew that the young master was a very skilled and professional person. His job responsibility is to be responsible for the normal operation of the equipment and the response with the central control to ensure the smooth progress of production. People who do not know this industry may not know that although they simply ask and answer questions on the walkie-talkie, they are familiar with the operation process and technology. Although my master does not have a high degree of education, he has accumulated a lot of experience in equipment operation inspection and fault judgment, and he is handy in operation. The hard work pays off. Gold always shines. After years of accumulation and excellent work, he has been highly recognized by the leaders of the department and the company, and has been successively transferred to more important and more demanding positions.
Third, walk with wise people and you will be extraordinary. "Just use your heart and iron pestle to grind into a needle." This is the third sentence the teacher told me. Different equipment, different technology, but ushered in the same people, the same heart. In order to adapt to the new position as soon as possible, the master repeatedly pondered the process flow chart, often ran up and down to carefully observe the equipment, think about the principle, ask others over and over again, and just internalize the structure, performance and operation of the new equipment. The master is not only conscientious in his work, but also very low-key, humble and kind. Whenever my new recruit asked him for advice when he encountered problems, the master always explained patiently and meticulously, without reservation, and often cared about my life. A word of concern and greeting made me feel the warmth and warmth of the peak.
Fourth, walk with people who help you, and you can climb the peak. "As long as heart to heart, barren hills can produce gold." This is the fourth sentence the teacher told me. The masters did not have too many words, but they held up the hopes and dreams of enterprise development with their industrious hands and pious hearts! From the Jinhua cement factory on the desolate hillside to the excellent building materials enterprises in China, from the unknown small factory to the first listed company in the national cement industry, from a single cement industry to diversified operations such as medicine, communications and trade, the peak has gone through a glorious course of 60 years. Spike people with painstaking efforts and sweat to write the legend, creating a peak moment after another.

In order to improve the existing tinib product line and consolidate the economic benefits and market share of this kind of products, North Carolina has not only conducted research and development on the latest generation of precision medical special-effect drugs such as cabozantinib (Cabozantinib) and ceritinib (Ceritinib), but also focused on the development of drug intermediates for tinib stars, which are hot spots in the pre-clinical research and development of generic drugs.
