News In order to further urge the cement industry and other industrial and trade enterprises to implement the safety responsibilities for limited space operations, on the afternoon of 10# August 30 , the Safety Committee of Simao District Safety Supervision Bureau organized law enforcement and supervision personnel to go deep into the production site of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company, special safety inspections were carried out on limited space operation points such as kilns, preheaters, pipelines, dust collectors, cement warehouses, clinker warehouses, and raw material warehouses.

The inspection team checked the enterprise's limited space operation management ledger, relevant rules and regulations, training and education, on-site safety facilities and equipment management, testing instruments, protective equipment and emergency plan drills, emergency rescue equipment, etc., and went deep into the limited space operation sites such as kilns, preheaters, clinker warehouses, raw material warehouses, cement warehouses, mineral powder warehouses, sewage treatment tanks, etc. to conduct safety inspections. The inspection team requires enterprises to strictly implement the examination and approval system for limited space operations, strictly perform the examination and approval procedures, and strictly implement the provisions of "ventilation first, testing first, and operation later" when carrying out limited space operations. Operation can only be carried out after testing and confirming that the possible hazardous factors meet the safety requirements, at the same time must be equipped with national standards for ventilation, testing, lighting, communications, emergency rescue equipment and personal protective equipment.

This special inspection has improved the safety management of limited space workplaces, corrected violations of regulations in limited space operations, and ensured the long-term safe production of the enterprise. (Liu Fengbin)

The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
