The training content includes drug production quality management standards, production management procedures documents, safety, fire protection, environmental protection laws and regulations, material management procedures, plant and equipment facilities, cleaning verification and process verification, microbial knowledge, etc. This training is conducted by face-to-face communication and learning with employees. The heads of various departments act as training teachers. A comprehensive analysis is made on the problems and market feedback information in the daily operation process of employees, the causes of errors and the solutions adopted by the workshop. Improvement measures are put forward for deficiencies.
