News In early July, Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory used the workshop shutdown gap to organize technicians to change the RTO Incinerator from diesel to natural gas.
The organic waste gas produced in the raw material workshop of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory is discharged up to the standard after being burned in the incinerator. Originally, diesel was used for combustion, which has high cost, high pollution and complicated operation. 2018 8 , Jinxi Factory signed a gas entry and renovation contract with Jinhua Zhongcheng Gas Development Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Lvjing Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. They will build gas pipelines and equipment installation and renovation, and provide natural gas combustion from the municipal main pipe to the gas pipeline network in the plant area. After the construction of the pipe network is completed, after equipment commissioning, pipeline cleaning, pressure test and acceptance, the incinerator will start to burn with natural gas on 10 15 . The combustion of natural gas not only greatly reduces the production cost, but also solves the problems of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides produced in the combustion products of the incinerator.
