The staff of the emergency center introduced the monitoring situation and emergency management to the visitors. The manager of the safety and environment department of the inspection unit also introduced the general situation of the enterprise, the safety production management of the enterprise, the construction of emergency rescue bases, and the staffing. He also introduced and exchanged information from the aspects of civil air defense, material defense, technical defense, risk identification of key posts, setting up "two cards and one box" in places with major hazard sources, occupational disease hazard notification cards, workshop warehouse identification cards, and emergency team construction. After the
emergency center came out, everyone went to visit the production area of Zhejiang jiahua energy and chemical co., ltd. the distribution map of hazard factors in the factory area and two electronic display screens were set up at the gate of the factory area to show the construction of a double prevention mechanism and the disclosure of environmental protection information in the factory area in real time. The factory area is clean and orderly. Under the leadership of the staff, we visited the central control room of the factory area. Two large electronic screens monitor the key areas of the production line in real time, and the staff supervise and record relevant data in real time. Finally, everyone visited the emergency rescue base of Jiahua Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. The base is equipped with all kinds of emergency rescue equipment and materials, and there are 4 emergency fire trucks. Scientific and technological personnel account for more than 15% of the total number of employees of the enterprise, and the annual sales income of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan (of which the sales income of agricultural science and technology products and technical income account for more than 50% of the total income of the enterprise), presided over the county (city, district) or above science and technology projects, environmental protection to meet the national standards. Since its establishment, Jianfeng Health has attached great importance to the construction of innovation platform and the training of scientific and technological personnel. As of the end of 2016, scientific and technological personnel accounted for 17% of the total number of employees in the enterprise, and 76% of the technical personnel had bachelor's degree or above; the sales revenue of scientific and technological products accounted for about 90%; R & D expenses accounted for 8.9 of the total sales revenue; and undertook 3 scientific and technological projects above counties (cities, districts). After obtaining the honorary title of Jinhua agricultural science and technology enterprise in 2016, peak health applied for the recognition of the provincial agricultural science and technology enterprise. On the basis of the recommendation of the science and technology department of Wucheng District, through the evaluation links such as formal examination, on-the-spot investigation and expert evaluation and defense, Jianfeng Health will finally be awarded the accreditation.
