The past is like turning the pages of a book, but the title page is always unforgettable. 22 years ago, I was transferred from the post of kindergarten teacher to peak work. After a week of strict military training, I was officially assigned to Jinhua Cement Factory. I remember that when I reported for work on the first day, I was really surprised by the sight in front of me: although the floor of the whole factory was clean, there was thick cement ash on the roof of the factory building; Vehicles transporting raw materials and cement in and out of the factory were busy, and dust flying after the trucks. Workers wore gray work clothes, hoods and masks to walk through the "fog; the rumble of the mill in the raw material workshop was deafening... Everything was like a battlefield filled with smoke. Is this where I will work in the future? Looking back on the neat, fresh, bright and spacious classroom, facing a group of innocent and lovely children, it is a world of difference. To tell the truth, at that time I lingered, hesitated, and even had the idea of resigning. Fortunately, after the patient guidance of the leaders in thought and the enthusiastic help of the old colleagues in their work, I began to calm down and understand the cement industry from a more rational point of view, so as to gradually adapt to the new environment and integrate into it. I have also personally experienced the progress and changes in the process of enterprise development, and all the puzzles have been slowly dispelled with time. The year before last, I came to the original site of Jinhua Cement Plant again. The old scene is no longer there. Only a majestic Temple of the Wise stands in front of me, but in my mind, this will always be the base for the older generation of peak people to work hard. It will always rely on cattle to pull carts and trolleys to create today's top 100 enterprises. This is my pride and pride as a spike!
In 2000 , I was transferred to the sales department of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical due to work needs. It is precisely because we Jianfeng people adhere to the concept of "people-oriented, scientific management, pursuit of excellent quality, and benefit human society", which has created brilliance one by one.
From 2007 to now, my position is "Commissioner of Methoxime". I clearly remember that at that time, when I took over the related work of cefmenoxime for injection, the sales volume of methyl oxime was "sesame blossoming steadily higher", and the situation was gratifying. With the continuous improvement of production technology, cefmenoxime hydrochloride for micronized injection was added in 2009 4 , which pushed the sales volume to a new peak and appeared in short supply. For three consecutive years from 2010 to 2012 , the average annual sales of individual products exceeded 100 million yuan, creating considerable benefits for the company.
