I remember that when I reported for work on the first day, I was really surprised by the sight in front of me: although the floor of the whole factory was clean, there was thick cement ash on the roof of the factory building; Vehicles transporting raw materials and cement in and out of the factory were busy, and dust flying after the trucks. Workers wore gray work clothes, hoods and masks to walk through the "fog; the rumble of the mill in the raw material workshop was deafening... Everything was like a battlefield filled with smoke. Is this where I will work in the future? Looking back on the neat, fresh, bright and spacious classroom, facing a group of innocent and lovely children, it is a world of difference. To tell the truth, at that time I lingered, hesitated, and even had the idea of resigning. Fortunately, after the patient guidance of the leaders in thought and the enthusiastic help of the old colleagues in their work, I began to calm down and understand the cement industry from a more rational point of view, so as to gradually adapt to the new environment and integrate into it. I have also personally experienced the progress and changes in the process of enterprise development, and all the puzzles have been slowly dispelled with time. The year before last, I came to the original site of Jinhua Cement Plant again. The old scene is no longer there. Only a majestic Temple of the Wise stands in front of me, but in my mind, this will always be the base for the older generation of peak people to work hard. It will always rely on cattle to pull carts and trolleys to create today's top 100 enterprises. This is my pride and pride as a spike!

In 2000 , I was transferred to the sales department of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical due to work needs. In a training session of the department, Jiang Xiaomeng, the general manager of the pharmaceutical company at the time, said a passage that is still fresh in my memory: "We do sales, and we cannot blindly market our products. We must first learn to be human, because our conversation, As it represents the corporate image and product quality. Only when customers have a deep understanding of your personality can they recognize your products. The word" human "is easy to write and not easy to do. Only by constantly improving and enriching yourself in future work and study can we receive unexpected results." His words pointed out the work direction for our sales staff, and we also earnestly implemented this principle in our future work, doing things seriously and being a down-to-earth person. Nowadays, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical products sell well all over the country. It is precisely because we Jianfeng people adhere to the concept of "people-oriented, scientific management, pursuit of excellent quality, and benefit human society", which has created brilliance one by one.

From 2007 to now, my position is "Commissioner of Methoxime". I clearly remember that at that time, when I took over the related work of cefmenoxime for injection, the sales volume of methyl oxime was "sesame blossoming steadily higher", and the situation was gratifying. With the continuous improvement of production technology, cefmenoxime hydrochloride for micronized injection was added in 2009 4 , which pushed the sales volume to a new peak and appeared in short supply. For three consecutive years from 2010 to 2012 , the average annual sales of individual products exceeded 100 million yuan, creating considerable benefits for the company.

"Repeat simple things and do repeated things carefully", stick to ordinary jobs, be down-to-earth and diligent, and be so quiet and stable every day. It has been ten years since I served as "Commissioner of Methoxime". I have personally felt that Cefmenoxime Hydrochloride for Injection, the main product of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, has gradually grown to its peak. I can't help but feel deeply honored to have the title of "Commissioner of Methoxime.

The development and growth of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical is also the epitome of Jianfeng Group's continuous outstanding achievements. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

Due to the achievements made in the establishment of secondary safety production standardization, daye peak cement company recently received a special award of 200000 yuan from daye municipal government. In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
