News Recently, Daye Peak Cement Company has carried out dust prevention, noise reduction and equipment anticorrosion work in an all-round way. Starting from the middle of October, daye peak organized personnel to carry out dust prevention and noise reduction work. dust collection facilities were added in the factory area, fog gun facilities were added at the lower hopper of each crusher, and road spraying frequency was increased. Among them, the peripheral frames of cement mill and roller press are all sealed with colored steel tiles, and the dust collector, fan and main motor are silenced, sound insulation and silencing shall be carried out on the mechanical equipment such as the top of the cement warehouse, packaging and bulk. And the measures and plans to build a new soundproof wall for the east gate wall are being implemented. Now all the work is being carried out in an orderly way.

At the same time, in order to delay the corrosion of facilities and equipment and prolong their service life, Daye Peak uniformly carries out primary equipment corrosion prevention. According to the original plan, the anti-corrosion construction area is expected to reach more than 4

square meters, which will take more than two months to complete. As the work is mostly carried out at high altitude, before the construction, the functional departments also specially conducted safety training for the construction unit, taking the safety and quality in the construction process as the key point of control, so as to ensure the smooth completion of the whole project according to the original plan.
