News Following the successful transformation of automatic control of cement storage, delivery and bulk storage, recently, Daye Peak Cement Company realized automatic control of cement bulk with the completion of wireless control transformation of 7 bulk storage.
Daye Peak has a total of 7 cement bulk warehouses, and cement bulk equipment includes Roots blower, dust collector fan, pneumatic gate valve and 7 discharge lifting cylinders. Since the establishment of the factory, cement bulk feeding has been controlled by on-site workers. This year, in order to cooperate with the implementation of the all-in-one card, Daye Peak has gradually carried out automatic control transformation on seven bulk warehouses. At the same time, weighbridges have been added to 4 , 5 and 7 warehouses to improve the degree of automatic control. The use of this transformation not only facilitates the driver to discharge materials, speeds up the discharge speed, but also strengthens the management of cement bulk, and at the same time realizes that the post is unattended.
