The name "Peak" has a special meaning to my family-my grandmother and father are both employees of a monosodium glutamate factory, and my mother works in a cement products factory. Both companies were later acquired and merged by Peak. As a result, my family became the "Peak Home". In such a family atmosphere, I have known the history of Jianfeng's arduous pioneering work since I was a child. I know that she has gone through nearly 60 years, developing from a small state-owned cement factory to a comprehensive modern joint-stock enterprise, and has formed her own unique corporate culture...
2007 3 A chance in August, after my father's generation, joining the big family of Jianfeng and working in the financial position of Hainan Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company, the working place is naturally inseparable from the distant southern island. "Post" is the first time I have been so far away, so it is still fresh in my memory. Due to the urgent job handover in Hainan Company, I just returned from a business trip to Hefei from my original unit in the morning and went directly to Haikou in the afternoon. The first time I took a plane, the flight was delayed for more than four hours, which was really a special experience. Hainan has sunshine, beaches, clear sea, clean air, and delicious tropical fruits and seafood, but my job is a boring 2.1 line. At first, I worked as a cashier. Although in many people's eyes, I seemed to have a "gap" from the accountant to the cashier in my original position, but at that time I didn't think about it at all. I filled in a lot of money orders by hand every day, and then walked to the bank with the big sun in my bag to go through the formalities. Every time I came back from work, my clothes were always soaked with sweat. However, with the guidance of the leaders and the help of my colleagues, I quickly became familiar with all the work processes and gradually grew into an independent host accountant.
There is a jingle circulating in the financial industry: report form at the end of the month, analysis at the beginning of the month, tax payment in the middle of the month, a pile of reports at the end of the quarter, analysis today will be changed tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow will not be free. New Year's Day, May Day and November are rare holidays for others to accompany their families and go out to play, but they are also the busiest times for our financial staff. I remember that at the beginning of 2008 , in order to prepare for the financial audit in January, more than 20 current year account books need to be printed. The company's account books can only be used with a stylus printer. It is necessary to adjust the paper and change the ink cartridges frequently. For several days, I slept on the sofa in the office at night and watched the printer day and night. Finally, the finishing was completed at the last moment. Another time I went back to Jinhua to attend the meeting. The date of the meeting was 10 May 8 . However, the financial statement was required to be handed in on 9 . In order not to delay my work, I rushed to Hainan after the meeting. I arrived at the office in the early morning of 9 to work all night and finally handed in the statement on time. The moment I clicked the mouse to send the report, I really felt relieved and felt that all the efforts were worth it.
In 2011 , the group started to implement the financial NC system. In order to save travel expenses, I went to Jinhua alone to attend the operation training. During that time, I worked very late every day. The data connection between the old system and the new system, and the settings and activation of the new system were all completed by myself. The new system not only improves work efficiency, but also improves the overall management level of the company, but it will also be limited by the number of networks and sites. For this reason, every day during the day, I take the time to sort out the basic data and enter the system operation when the network is "idle" at night, thus realizing the transition between the new and old systems smoothly as scheduled.
With the change of management focus, most of Hainan Peak's business processes have been transferred back to Zhejiang one after another. From 2014 onwards, I was the only one who stayed in Hainan to maintain daily operations. In addition to dealing with daily financial work, I also learned clause GSP , installed the "Thousand Prescription and Hundred Dosage" software and server according to the requirements of the FDA department, and regularly maintained the software and backup data, making sufficient preparations for the FDA's follow-up inspection. During the transfer of Hainan Company at the end of 2015 , my colleagues and I should build together to give advice to the company. We also completed the preparation of audit report, asset evaluation report, authentication report, equity transfer agreement, supplementary agreement, memorandum and other materials, and participated in a series of changes in taxation, industry and commerce, drug administration, banking and other matters. Although there is no experience in this field to learn from, I run errands and talk frequently, and do my work as carefully as possible. In the end, all procedures were completed in the shortest time of about three months and were recognized by the leaders.

Here, my friends and I take responsibility, bear pressure, share joy and celebrate success together, all of which give me the passion for work and the impulse to innovate. Later, the finance department and the administration and personnel department merged, and I came into contact with a lot of personnel work, including personnel recruitment, project declaration, vehicle scheduling, examination and sealing, etc. In particular, personnel recruitment, with the expansion of the company's scale, there is an urgent need for all kinds of talents. Most of the job fairs are on weekends, and sometimes we even attend two job fairs on the same day. That kind of feeling is really "busy and happy".
