Everyone must have heard a very beautiful song "The South of Colorful Clouds". The blue sky, colorful clouds, green water, green mountains and ethnic customs described in the song are what I have left on my hometown since I can remember. Deep impression. My hometown, Liushun Town, is a multi-ethnic township in the southwest of Simao District, Pu'er City, near the deep mountains of the Sino-Myanmar border. When I was a child, I could see the verdant mountains and breathe pure air when I opened my eyes. However, the remote location and inconvenient transportation seriously restricted the economic development. In our village, most of the villagers grow corn and coffee for a living and have no more financial resources. Many years ago, a cement factory was built not far from the village. It was said that not only the rich limestone resources in our mountains can be used, but it can also create employment opportunities for the villagers. This is of course a good thing, but it has also been since then. Since then, my hometown has changed another look.
At that time, the cement plant was very small and used a relatively backward vertical kiln production process. The environmental protection equipment was not perfect. During production, thick smoke billowed and dust was filled with the wind. Not only is there thick cement dust in the factory area, stepping on a deep footprint; if it is not the rainy season, the farmland and mountain forests around the factory will wear a gray dress, and the vegetables in the garden will have to be washed several times before they dare to eat; even in my home, if the doors and windows are not closed, the furniture will soon be stained with dust; the noise during production is even more difficult to quiet. The sky has become gray, the mountains have become gray, let our mood has become gray.
I remember once when I went to the field to pick plantains and went to the plantain forest. when I looked up, I couldn't see which string was raw and which string was ripe. all the fruits and leaves were covered with dust, which was a millimeter thick. only after wiping could I see the yellow color of mature plantains. For fruits like this, we are not sure when we eat them ourselves.
Because of this, in 2011 , when I heard that Jianfeng Group from Jinhua, Zhejiang Province had acquired the original cement plant and wanted to invest in the construction of a larger cement production line, I was a little uneasy-the small cement plant was already like this. How should we live if we build a bigger one?
Soon, the construction of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Project started. The scene at that time seemed to prove my premonition that not only was there dust, but also the construction site was covered with mud. Buildings obviously larger than the original vertical kiln factory rose from the ground. But what I didn't expect was that just over a year later, Yunnan Jianfeng was ignited and put into production. Although the construction of the factory was still very simple at that time, the tall "chimney" on the production line rarely saw flue gas emissions. With the advancement of environmental remediation work, the environment of the plant is getting better and better. And I also joined Yunnan peak cement co., ltd and became a peak person!
Five years have passed, and now there is no trace of the small cement factory in Yunnan. The scene of dust flying all over the sky has become a memory of the past. The new dry rotary kiln production line is like a giant dragon, undulating and entrenched in the mountains. New production equipment and new production processes have high standards in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection. Dust collectors are installed in limestone crushers and other positions that are prone to dust. The waste heat power generation system and denitration system make the "tail gas" of the production line as much as possible. Use and purify, the emitted flue gas is sometimes difficult to see clearly with the naked eye. Around the production line, there are lush trees, flowers in the four seasons, and groups of fish swimming around in the circulating pool. On the roads in the factory area, sweepers and sprinklers work regularly every day to clean the roads and vegetation. Such a garden-like enterprise has completely overturned the image of the cement factory I once knew.
Of course, the bigger change is my home. The treatment of dust and smoke has restored our sky to blue, the air has returned to freshness, the streams have become clear again, and the mountains and forests have returned to green. Mom joked, "We don't have to eat 'cement dick' anymore."
At the same time, with the help of Yunnan Jianfeng, the roads in the village and the school-running conditions of the central primary school I attended when I was a child have been greatly improved. Many people in the surrounding villages have found suitable jobs in Yunnan Jianfeng; some people with active brains have bought large trucks and relied on Yunnan Jianfeng to run transportation, and quickly made their fortunes; several poor households in the village have also been paired with them in the factory to help them at designated points; during the holidays, the old people in the village will receive condolences from Jianfeng ...... It is particularly gratifying that the factory fully considers the feelings of the surrounding villagers, not only in the production line key parts of the installation of muffler, this year also independent noise reduction technology, so that the noise around us is getting smaller and smaller.
In the past few years of working in Yunnan Peak, I have not only deeply felt the changes in the enterprise and my hometown, but also felt the great power contained in the word "Peak. This is a company with lofty goals and unremitting efforts for it. This is a company with a sense of social responsibility and the courage to take responsibility! I am lucky to have chosen my hometown for the peak, and I am proud to be a peak person! Recently, it was learned from the competent department that the "ERP/MES full-process informatization" project of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company has been included in the list of key projects of "integration of industrialization and industrialization" in Jinhua City, and has now entered the publicity period. The "ERP/MES Full Process Informatization" project of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was finally included in the list after being recommended, material reviewed and expert reviewed by Jinhua Economic and Information Committee. The ERP-level subsystems of ERP/MES full-process informatization project include sales system, procurement system, MRP system, GMPQbD system, connecting UFIDA financial software and HR system. MES-level subsystems include industrial data acquisition and monitoring system, GAMP/MES system, eBPR (electronic batch production record system), cGMP quality assurance system, QC/eBTR(QC process and electronic batch inspection record system), LIMS system, etc. After the construction is completed, the visualization of drug production process and the collection and integration of industrial data will be realized.
