mining company, the person in charge of blasting team and blasting workers participated in the training. At the meeting, the planning and preparation of the construction of the dual prevention mechanism of limestone mines, safety risk assessment, safety risk control, hidden danger investigation and management and assessment, improvement and promotion, etc., were shared and exchanged with mining companies.
The relevant person in charge of Yunnan Peak put forward requirements for comprehensively promoting the construction of dual prevention mechanisms in the non-coal mine field from four aspects: clear job responsibilities, safety risk identification, management and control, safety risk classification management and control, and hidden danger investigation and management: mines should set up a leading group for the construction of dual prevention mechanisms, combine with the original safety production management system, improve and form the dual prevention work system of the enterprise, and clarify the work content, the division of responsibilities and safeguard measures provide institutional guarantee for the normal operation of the dual prevention mechanism; the open-pit limestone mine shall conduct a comprehensive assessment and identification of the mine site according to the risk assessment technical methods such as Risk Management and Risk Assessment Technology (GB/T27921-2011 ), and delimit the major risk, relatively large risk, general risk and low risk areas of the mine according to the assessment results, for the identified safety risks, a safety risk notification column shall be set up in the corresponding places, and the spatial distribution map of safety risks of the whole mine shall be drawn on the mine drawings in red, orange, yellow and blue colors. According to the safety risk classification results, the mining company shall clarify the scope and responsibilities of each grade of safety risk corresponding to the person in charge, full-time and part-time safety production management personnel, team and post personnel, decompose the responsibility to everyone in the team in all links related to the production process, and strengthen the frequency of hidden danger investigation for places with major risks and greater risks; Combined with the construction of dual prevention mechanism, further improve the relevant system of enterprise hidden danger investigation and management, form the hidden danger investigation and management mechanism at the company level, mine level and team level, and do a good job of self-examination on the production site and basic management, in particular, it is necessary to strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers in basic management.
Lu Hongzheng, deputy general manager in charge of Yunnan Jianfeng, combined with the relevant accident cases of non-coal mine enterprises in recent years, analyzed the causes and responsibilities of the accident in a simple and profound way, and explained in detail the knowledge of safety management, inspection and supervision regulations, safety production standardization construction, mine safety production standardization, etc.
Through the training, the trainees have further understood the knowledge of safety production and occupational disease protection, improved the awareness of safety precautions and the consciousness of compliance with regulations and disciplines, and laid a good foundation for the continuous safe production of enterprises.
