During the maintenance period, Yunnan Peak has carried out static inspection on the elevation of the rotary kiln supporting wheel, the wear amount of the wheel belt and the pad iron.
Rotary kiln is the key equipment of cement production enterprises. Not only the equipment management is in place, but also the effective management of the process can ensure the normal operation. In the past two years, brick falling has occurred many times near the second gear wheel belt of Yunnan Jianfeng rotary kiln, resulting in forced kiln shutdown. For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng has carried out dynamic and static tests on the rotary kiln, collected and analyzed all kinds of data to form a written report, and then adjusted according to the analysis report data to ensure that the rotary kiln is in good condition and exerts better production capacity.
