Moreover, before the office is audited, opinions from the forestry, environmental protection, safety supervision and land departments at the city and county levels are also required. As soon as this policy was introduced, all mining-related companies were wailing, and our two raw material mines were inevitably affected. Seeing that the expiration time of the mining license is getting closer and closer, getting a new license is far away. During that time, I was under great pressure. I was anxious and irritated, and blisters formed on the corners of my mouth.

At this time of fire, I did not expect a leader of the municipal land department to think that one item in the reported materials was inconsistent with the "five sides and three changes" regulations and asked to be returned and redone. When I got the news, I felt as if I had been thunderstruck, and the whole people were stunned. I hurried to the leader's office to communicate, reason, state the facts, talk about the weather, talk about gossip, pretend to be wronged, pretend to be pitiful, and had the cheek to stay in his office all day. At noon, I also went to the canteen to rub a working meal. Finally, because the mining license of Daye Peak was issued by the Provincial Department of Land and Resources, and the "five sides and three modernizations" office is a newly established institution in prefecture-level cities, the provincial examination and approval authority completely ignored this factor in the review process, while the local land and resources bureau was only in the first instance, and the final decision was made by the Provincial Department of Land and Resources. The leader who had been harassed by me for a whole day finally let go and agreed to report the application materials to the provincial land department.
At the beginning of 2015 , the new mining license finally came down. Moreover, for other reasons, the new mining license is valid for 8 years, which is 3 years longer than the original validity.
