This competition is one of the group's series of activities to "commemorate the 23rd anniversary of entrepreneurship 60#". It aims to promote peak culture, publicize advanced deeds, enhance employees' sense of participation and express employees' love for the enterprise. 15 contestants from all subordinate units of the company gave speeches in turn according to the drawing order. Nearly 100 employees from all functional departments and subordinate units of the group company watched the competition on the spot, while employees from foreign enterprises watched the competition through the video conference system. At the scene of the

competition, the contestants were all in high spirits. With simple language and sincere feelings, they told the changes of the company 60# in the past 30 years, their own growth mentality, the example stories around them and what they felt and understood about their work. The contestants' speeches, either tactful or magnificent, sometimes lead to high blood, sometimes make people fall into contemplation, constantly drive the mood of the judges and the audience, and win bursts of applause.

In addition to some group executives, Wang Tianqiang, deputy director of Jinhua TV News Comprehensive Channel, and Zheng Juan, director announcer and senior program host of Jinhua TV Station, were specially invited to serve as on-site judges. The contestants were scored from three aspects: appearance image, speech content and language art, and the third prize of 1. 2. was awarded according to the comprehensive score.
