Pharmaceutical Company Participated in Sterilization and Filtration Technology Exchange

News # July 16 - 18 , Copart's 9th Sterilization and Filtration Technology and Verification Sharing Meeting was held in Hangzhou. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company sent personnel to participate in this sharing meeting to learn about sterilization and filtration technology and related knowledge of process verification.

Hangzhou Cobaite Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. is a global filter equipment enterprise, mainly engaged in the development of microporous membranes such as PES , PVDF , N66 , PTFE , and the design and manufacture of various folded membrane filter elements and filters. Since its establishment in 2003 , Coppert has held nine sessions of sterilization and filtration technology and verification sharing sessions, with more than ,600 pharmaceutical companies from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan and other countries and regions participating, with extensive influence in the industry. Most of the three types of filter elements used by Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, namely, sterilization filtration, disinfectant filtration and air filtration, come from Cobaite Company. For this reason, the pharmaceutical company also sent special personnel to participate in this technical exchange.

In this training, the relevant staff of Copart Company and the experts from Zhejiang Certification Center and Guangdong Food and Drug Administration will discuss the quality management system of filter elements and filters, the Guidelines for Sterilization and Filtration Technology and Application, the core components of filter element process verification, endotoxin removal technology, and the remedy, correction and prevention of incomplete data, sterilization filter bacteria challenge test case, chemical compatibility and dissolution analysis method of defects (risk) discussion and case analysis, filter integrity test method and other related content were shared and introduced. After the meeting, the participants also visited the peripheral sites of the stainless steel filter workshop, filter element workshop and verification center of the company, and learned about the key control items of sterilization and filtration.

Through this sharing meeting, the participants of the pharmaceutical company have a deeper understanding and mastery of the relevant knowledge of filter element integrity test, endotoxin removal technology, solution to difficult problems in filtration process, filter element process verification and filter element application, and have a new understanding of product quality control. After the sharing meeting, the participants also exchanged views with experts from Coppert to discuss relevant matters concerning the verification of filter elements currently in use by the company. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
