According to the 13th Five-Year Development Plan of National Environmental Protection Standards issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection a few days ago, Jinxi Factory has added a set of intelligent sewage discharge system to the sewage treatment station in April this year in combination with key environmental protection supervision work (sewage and waste gas treatment), an automatic cut-off valve for collecting three-way data of COD , ammonia nitrogen and PH in the monitoring room is installed on the sewage discharge pipe, further strengthening the control of sewage discharge. During acceptance, Jinxi Factory conducted valve switching tests with standard samples with different values of COD , ammonia nitrogen concentration and PH . The shut-off valve can automatically close the valve through signal feedback. The use of this system can automatically cut off the sewage valve when the sewage treatment is abnormal, and timely and effectively prevent the discharge of substandard sewage. (Hu Dengju)
