Three-year business plan for each enterprise

News from our newspaper 2018 is the last year of the implementation of the Group Company's "2014-2018 Development Strategy" and each enterprise's "2016-2018 Business Plan". Recently, the company has begun to prepare a new "2019-2023 Development Strategy", and the three-year business plan of each professional company and directly affiliated enterprise will also be prepared simultaneously.

Group Company's "2014 - 2018 Development Strategy" was compiled and completed in the first half of 2014 , further defining the development concept of "strengthening the main business through cooperation and innovation, standardizing science and seeking development", and proposing the role of cement as a base maker and a cost leader in the regional market. Medicine is led by scientific and technological innovation, do the business philosophy of the market leader in the field of segmentation, and on this basis, formulate specific strategic objectives and development direction. In order to further implement this strategic plan, in 2015 , the group company required each industrial sector to prepare its own three-year business plan, which is not only the refinement and extension of the group company's development strategy, but also the work guide of each professional company and directly affiliated enterprise.

Since the implementation of the "Five-Year Strategy" and "Three-Year Plan", the company's various businesses have developed by leaps and bounds, and its operating efficiency has also been greatly improved. The company's total assets, net assets, and profitability of its main business have all improved to a certain extent. However, compared with the expected goals in the "Five-Year Strategy", there are obvious gaps in many projects such as business development and growth rate. Therefore, before the preparation of the new "five-year strategy", the company requires the investment department to conduct full research and demonstration, carefully analyze the internal and external environment, and make scientific and forward-looking predictions for the future development of various industries, so as to formulate a more realistic development plan.

At the same time, in order to clarify the short-and medium-term business development goals of each subordinate enterprise and cooperate with the new "five-year strategy", the company has recently requested each subordinate enterprise to carry out the three-year business planning of 2019 - 2021 . It is required to carefully analyze the gains and losses in the implementation of the previous "three-year plan" and have a definite target, it must have a certain depth and consider the feasibility of achieving it; the content must include but not limited to: the industry situation, market trends, major competitors, the current situation of the company, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. In-depth analysis, annual business planning objectives, implementation plans, safeguard measures, capital planning, etc. Among them, the business planning objectives should be refined into sub-objectives such as cost control, revenue and profit, economic and technical indicators, energy and resource consumption, safety and environmental protection control, and management improvement.
