roller press is affected by material centrifugation and segregation, unstable blanking and eccentricity. In addition, occasional leakage of material from the side baffle will be carried into the bearing seat track when the passive roller is displaced. The track and the bearing seat guide groove are worn to a certain extent, resulting in the deviation of 2 bearing seats to the reducer side and deformation of the torsion plate, thus posing certain potential operation hazards. For this reason, Yunnan peak combined with the actual situation on site, a stopper is installed at the corner of the moving roller bearing seat 4 ; A stepped stopper is welded on the stainless steel plate fixing beam of the track at the appropriate position of the bearing seat, and a polyester vinyl plate is fixedly installed with bolts at the position parallel to the bearing seat. The stopper and the polyester vinyl plate have an oil filling hole, and grease can be added between the polyester vinyl plate and the stainless steel plate on the bearing seat to reduce friction. If the polyester vinyl plate is worn, the fixing bolts can be removed to better the polyester vinyl plate, which is very convenient. After installing the stop, the bearing seat has no displacement phenomenon after running for one month, so as to avoid the hidden danger of roller press operation. (Lou Xuxin)
