Although I have no network resources and no management experience, I think I have rich sales experience. They are also willing to learn to use them. The sales volume and gross profit of the stores have gradually improved. Although the sales situation for the whole year was not ideal, the improvement in the fourth quarter and before was obvious, which gives us great confidence in the work of 2018 .
The scale of pharmacies is large and small, the location and surrounding environment are different, and the personality of the clerk is also different.
