In daily work and production, the team is the most indispensable. Every day at work, in the comprehensive preparation building, there are bursts of machine operation. From granulation to tablet pressing, every post is very important for a production line to produce continuously. We cooperate with each other, unite as one, and promptly report and seek help in case of difficulties and solve them in time. In this way, no matter which product has problems in the production process, as long as everyone is united, the production task can be completed smoothly or even exceeding the standard.

In addition, what impressed me most was the experiential training carried out by the pharmaceutical company this year on "taking responsibility, strengthening execution, training morale and building a team. In this training, many training projects were carried out, but no matter how many or how complex the projects are, they all have one thing in common, that is, "team and hard work". This is a team game and a fierce competition. "Survival of the fittest, elimination of the unfit" is the law of nature's evolution. In this training, everyone trusted each other, worked together, obeyed orders and fought bravely. Does this not reflect the spirit of the pinnacle? It is precisely because of this spirit in mind that we can achieve "people do their duty and make the best use of everything" in our life and work, so that we can form a strong and outstanding team and be invincible in the fierce market competition.
