I have a predestined relationship with Peak

This year is the 60th anniversary of Peak's start-up and the 20th year that I joined the big family of Peak. Inadvertently looking back, many things seem like yesterday, feeling a lot. If you can sum it up in one sentence, it is-I am really predestined with spikes.

My fate with Peak has to start from 1998 5 . At that time, I worked in the biochemical pharmaceutical factory under the Jinhua Meat Union Factory. In order to diversify, Jianfeng Group carried out an acquisition merger of the biochemical pharmaceutical factory this year. At that time, the company organized a strong working group to enter the meat joint factory and conducted a series of negotiations. In late 5 , Du Zihong, then chairman of the group company, made an enthusiastic speech at the kick-off meeting of all employees of the biochemical pharmaceutical factory. In addition to introducing the overall situation of Jianfeng Group, he also said to us earnestly: "If you join Jianfeng Group, it is like a daughter getting married. The palms and backs of hands are all meat." This speech undoubtedly gave us a reassurance, not only gave us a preliminary understanding of the spike, but also eliminated everyone's worries. We feel very warm.

Merger is a big deal. As the financial director of biochemical pharmaceutical factory, my first task is to actively cooperate with the enterprises of both sides to carry out the work, do a good job in the factory's assets and capital verification, and clean up the creditor's rights and debts. These complicated and trivial preparations laid the foundation for the smooth handover of the biochemical plant.

1998 9 September , Biochemical Factory "transformed" into Jiangbei Pharmaceutical Factory under Jianfeng. I also officially became a member of Jianfeng Group. The company attaches great importance to our employees, and arranges corresponding positions according to the nature, characteristics and skills of each person's original work, so as to make the best use of their talents. I first served as the financial supervisor in Jiangbei Factory, and then transferred to Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Factory as the financial supervisor at the end of 1999 , 1 according to the needs of my work. 2003 3# In September, I was transferred to the office manager of Jiangnan Factory, in charge of factory discipline inspection, labor discipline assessment and the formulation of training plans for the whole factory. In addition, I also served as a member of the party branch organization of Jiangnan Factory, responsible for the daily work of party affairs and trade unions for eleven years.

2014 4 , the construction of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory was completed, and the "moving" of Jiangnan Factory was another big project. Due to the consideration of production convergence, each workshop was relocated step by step, and the workshops and personnel at the back of the queue were temporarily transferred to Qiubin Pharmaceutical Factory. I was also one of the "left-behind" personnel and continued to be responsible for the follow-up management of the office. In the following year, on the day of 7 and 1 , the original land of Jiangnan pharmaceutical factory was handed over. I also went to work in the general office of Jinxi pharmaceutical factory, which was regarded as a formal "return.

Now, I am mainly responsible for the attendance management, inspection and assessment of the whole factory's personnel, cleaning personnel and guard management, and also serve as the guidance of the correspondent of the factory's "Peak News". In the past two years, with the increasingly smooth management and production work of Jinxi Factory, the quantity and quality of communication reports have also been continuously improved, ranking first among the subordinate enterprises of the group.

Compared with my colleagues who came from the era of cement's single main business, I am a "new" peak person. However, compared with younger colleagues, I am an "old" peak person who has worked in peak for 20 years. Over the years, I deeply feel the development and changes of Jianfeng Group, especially the continuous progress of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical. I feel honored and proud of the brilliant achievements of the peak, and also feel honored and happy for my "relationship" with the peak and for being able to work in the peak. In another two and a half years, I will retire. I will continue to stand on my post, do my job well, and contribute to the development of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical. I also firmly believe that Jianfeng Group can create another brilliant, "one hundred years of peak" dream will be able to achieve!

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

Due to the achievements made in the establishment of secondary safety production standardization, daye peak cement company recently received a special award of 200000 yuan from daye municipal government. In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. It is understood that among the industrial and commercial enterprises in daye city, there were 4 enterprises that applied for and passed the examination in 2015, but only daye peak passed the examination before December. Two Cement Enterprises Start to Implement "Big Patrol Inspection"

With the change of the competition situation in the industry, the profit space of cement production enterprises has been greatly squeezed. Reducing costs and increasing efficiency and job optimization have become the inevitable choice to improve the enterprise's own development ability and enhance the core competitiveness. In accordance with the requirements of the group company to realize the transformation from extensive management to lean management, combined with the advanced experience of peer enterprises, recently, Yunnan peak, daye peak two enterprises have implemented "big inspection" to promote the overall optimization of posts. On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
