Shanghai Beika Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., the company's controlling subsidiary, plans to invest 20.62 million yuan to acquire all 100 percent of Anhui Zhongwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. After the acquisition, Anhui Zhongwang will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Beika.
