1976 7 27 , Jinhua cement factory purchased two bulk cement special vehicles and officially began to promote bulk cement. In that year, Jinhua Cement Plant distributed more than 1,000 tons of bulk cement 1 .
◆ 1985 7 23 , Jinhua Cement Plant was designated as an enterprise directly under Jinhua City (prefecture-level city).
◆ After review by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, 1993 , the public shares of Jianfeng Group Company were listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
◆ 1994 7 28 , the main factory building of Jianfeng Communication Cable Co., Ltd. passed the acceptance and started trial production.
◆ 1995 7 29 , the trade union chairman of Jianfeng Group signed a collective contract with the general manager of the company on behalf of the employees on matters such as labor remuneration, working hours, rest and vacation, labor safety and health, insurance benefits, etc. Since then, Jianfeng Group has fully implemented the full-staff labor contract system.
◆ 2009 7 July 20 , the 7th board of directors of Jianfeng group appointed Yu jianhong as the general manager of the group company.
