When I arrived at my new position, I asked myself to familiarize myself with the process as quickly as possible so that I could really take over the administrative work as soon as possible. At the same time, the company also asked me to be responsible for the declaration of government projects. This work is highly professional, time-sensitive, and has nothing to do with administrative personnel, which makes me even more uncertain. To this end, I started from scratch, asked teachers from relevant government departments humbly, carefully analyzed and learned from relevant materials, and repeatedly revised the application materials. Now, over the past three years or so, the project subsidy that I have applied for and approved has actually reached more than

For more than a year, I have been running non-stop in colleges and universities and the talent market, participating in various job fairs, patiently introducing the peak culture and spirit, strength and vision to everyone who comes to consult, telling them my own personal work experience and feelings, and recommending suitable positions according to their majors, academic qualifications and specialties. In my WeChat circle of friends, most of them are "XX job fair" messages, so the messages from relatives and friends are also very similar: "You are so busy." "It's so hard." "Recruiting again?" Yes, I am busy and tired, but I am full. People who have done administrative and personnel work all know that this job is very busy, and when I look back after it is finished, it is mostly trivial, messy and tedious. However, I always have a grateful heart, work hard, work hard, and strive to find and embody my own value in ordinary work.

At the peak, in addition to work, I also got an unexpected harvest. "Peak News" is a window for us to show the image of the peak and the talents of our employees. The administrative departments of various enterprises are also an important channel for information exchange within the group. Therefore, I will write some news reports and contribute articles from time to time, which has played a publicity and display effect for the health company in the whole group. I had a lot of communication with the editorial department. I accidentally talked about that I had studied traditional Chinese painting when I was a student. At that time, the supplement of Jianfeng Bao happened to have a column of "employee column", which recommended an employee author for four consecutive periods every two months. Editor-in-chief Fu enthusiastically asked me for a draft and agreed on two traditional Chinese paintings with similar themes in each issue, accompanied by corresponding essays. At that time, I had not taken a paintbrush for nearly

years. There was a daughter in the second year of junior high school and a nine-month-old son to take care of. It seemed impossible to complete this "task. However, Lu Xun said that time is like water in a sponge. As long as you are willing to squeeze, there will always be time. During that time, after waiting for the children to sleep every night, I began to create traditional Chinese painting, which was finally completed within the scheduled time, becoming the first employee of Jianfeng Health Company to open a column in Jianfeng newspaper. Through the "peak newspaper", my Chinese painting was selected to participate in the annual national building materials industry calligraphy and painting exhibition, but also fortunate to be included in the seventh and eighth calligraphy and painting exhibition works collection; not long ago, the closing of the first Zhejiang building materials industry calligraphy and painting exhibition also exhibited a piece of my work, to participate in the ninth national building materials industry calligraphy and painting exhibition works have also been sent ...... Once far away for many years, has now become an indispensable part of my life. Work is not only a means of making a living, but also a peak. It provides me with stable work and a broad development platform. It is the decision-making of leaders and the cooperation of teams, which makes me find the motivation and direction of my work.
