Jinxi Factory Accepted Two Special Inspections

News 7# July 12 , the on-site law enforcement team composed of relevant personnel of Jinhua Development Zone Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and relevant personnel of Jinhua Public Security Bureau and Tangxi Town Police Station conducted special on-site inspections on special equipment related to hazardous chemicals and storage sites of highly toxic chemicals in Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory respectively.

The inspection team of the Quality Supervision Bureau of the Development Zone consulted the management ledgers and verification certificates of special equipment and pressure vessels, the relevant document management system of special equipment, operation and maintenance records, the certificates of special operation personnel, "one equipment, one data" and other archives. The inspection team also focused on spot checks of the pressure vessels in the cephalosporin preparation workshop, and went to the workshop site to verify the inspection validity period, safety accessories, safety protection devices, equipment, maintenance and operation of the equipment, and took photos for archiving. Zheng Kunwu, director of Jinxi Factory, said that Jinxi Factory will strictly implement the relevant rectification items proposed by the inspection team in accordance with the opinions to ensure the daily operation safety of all special equipment.

Municipal Public Security Bureau's on-site law enforcement team went to the ethyl chloroformate special warehouse, the storage place of highly toxic chemicals in Jinxi Factory, and focused on the 37 items of manpower prevention, physical prevention and technical prevention in the storage place, including security duty, daily material management, daily safety management, building structure, power distribution, ventilation, safety door for entering and leaving the warehouse, and implementation of double lock system, as well as intrusion alarm devices and video monitoring devices inside and outside the reservoir area, main passageways, entrances and exits of the site. The inspection team also learned about the company's highly toxic chemicals management institutions and systems, the training of highly toxic chemicals management personnel, and the records of the use of highly toxic chemicals. The inspection team fully affirmed the good management, standardization, facilities and equipment of Jinxi factory, and further put forward opinions and suggestions on this basis. The inspection team requires Jinxi Factory to strictly implement the management system of highly toxic chemicals and take necessary security measures to prevent the theft, loss and misuse of highly toxic chemicals.
