, the heartbreaking cries of the families of the victims, the poor and helpless eyes of the children... Let me deeply realize that life is the most precious and fragile thing in one's life, and it carries all the feelings and dreams of people.

Xunzi once said: "One is prevention, the other is salvation, and the third is precepts. The first is prevention, the first is rescue, the second is rescue, and the second is punishment. Prevention is the first, rescue is the second, and precepts are the second." When I was in school, I didn't think much about this passage. Now I understand that the ancient Chinese wisdom can be used to ensure the safety of accidents. Because, Xunzi said three ways, the first way is to preset vigilance before things happen, nip in the bud, this is called prevention; The second way is to take timely measures to stop the incident or sign as soon as it appears, to prevent the situation from expanding, which is called remedy. The third way is to punish and educate after the incident happens, which is called punishment. After listing three methods, Xunzi believes that prevention is the best policy, remedy is the middle policy, and punishment is the next policy. Numerous cases show that there is only one cause of safety accidents, that is, violation of regulations. Workers in the first line of production activities, the site environment is complex, sometimes there are uncertain factors, the premise of production safety is to abide by the law, followed by improving people's safety awareness. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a sense of crisis, because accidents are punishment for those who are paralyzed. Don't let temporary negligence become your lifelong regret.

Security is the most basic and core factor in the development of society and enterprises. Security is for better development, and development cannot be separated from security. Life is paramount, and safe development is the theme we are always concerned about. We must tighten the string of safety, keep in mind the responsibility of safety, practice the system of safety, and use the lessons of blood to arouse every employee's awareness of protecting life and cherishing health. Yes, this is part of the reason, but the bigger culprit is the employee's indifference to production safety and the indifference to illegal operations.

It is reported that the thermal insulation kettle for producing p-nitrobenzene in workshop 4 had reached the maximum pressure for safe production as early as the day before. However, the workshop production personnel were still not vigilant and still insisted on production. It was their carelessness that caused this tragedy.

Some people will say that I don't work in such a dangerous environment as a chemical plant, so such a danger will not happen to us. However, there are all kinds of crises hidden around us. A fire accident on the floor of a community has fully claimed the lives of dozens of people. The reason is that it is only a short circuit of an illegally charged electric car that caused a fire. Why is there such a small fire so big casualties? It is precisely because the residential floor personnel do not store goods according to the rules, do not deal with things according to the rules, resulting in floor congestion, the accident personnel can not normally leave the fire scene. Could it be that they are not aware of the safety hazards of randomly piling up personal belongings and charging electric vehicles at will? No, it is their paralysis of safety and disregard for safety that led to this accident. Similarly, it is the driver's paralysis of traffic safety and indifference to illegal operations that led to the accident.

Safety is the greatest benefit for enterprises, and for individuals, safety is the greatest wealth in life.
