Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Company") received its subsidiary Anhui Xinbeika Chemical Co., Ltd. 3. Resuming Production
According to Article 17 of the Measures for Suspension of Production and Remediation: "If the polluter completes the rectification task, he shall report the completion of the rectification task and the public disclosure of the rectification information to the competent environmental protection department that made the decision to restrict production and suspend production for rectification within 15 working days, and submit monitoring reports and materials such as electricity consumption, water consumption, output of major products and comparison before rectification during the rectification period. The decision to restrict production and stop production for rectification shall be lifted from the date on which the polluter reports to the competent environmental protection department for the record."
Anhui Beika submitted "Report on Request for Resuming Production" and other relevant materials to Dongzhi County Environmental Protection Bureau on July 16, 2018
, and obtained the record of Dongzhi County Environmental Protection Bureau.The decision on Anhui Beika "Stop Production and Remediation" listed in the "Decision on Ordering to Stop Production and Remediation" (Donghuan Responsibility Stop [2018] No. 04) of Dongzhi County Environmental Protection Bureau has been lifted . Anhui Beika is starting to carry out material preparation, equipment and facilities inspection, personnel training and other work, and will start feeding and resume production within a week.
