What happens in the world is really a coincidence. In that year, with the singing of "Meet 98 ", our biochemical pharmaceutical factory was merged into Jianfeng Group, and from then on, I began to know and stay with Jianfeng. Twenty years, although some things have gone, but the feelings of colleagues and friends still keep that temperature in my heart.
1998 was the time when Jianfeng Group continued to grow and develop. My first position was Connaut Company, a subsidiary of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical. I worked in Zhongshan Road. My colleagues were young, energetic, studious and willing to work. The atmosphere was very good. At that time, computers were not as popular as they are now. Not many people could do typing, Excel statements and other work. Company leaders asked us young people to learn to use them. Although I have been exposed to computers for a long time, there are few practical opportunities and I can only force myself to supplement my knowledge of computer operation. Every day after work, I stay in the computer room of the school for several hours, memorizing the root, learning to disassemble characters, practicing typing, and learning the basic operation of making statements. Looking back now, whether it is professional knowledge or expanding horizons, the peak has provided a lot of support to employees, making me deeply feel that only learning can work better. It is also such an attitude that makes me continue to learn and grow in my future work.
In 2003 , the Pharmaceutical Sales Company set up an office in Shangchen Warehouse. Seven or eight of us, several desks and four or five computers, crowded in a corner of the warehouse. Later, the company separated 4 offices from the simple bungalow next to the warehouse with gypsum board, and the conditions were improved.
Shangchen Warehouse has a low terrain, and there is a certain gap between the road and the warehouse at the gate. At ordinary times, I don't think it will pour back when there is continuous heavy rain. On one occasion, it rained heavily, and the accumulated water on the road kept pouring in along the road of the warehouse, with a great momentum of flooding into the warehouse. Seeing this situation, Gan Hailin immediately organized us to move the materials on the first floor of the warehouse to a high place, but the speed of manual handling could catch up with the rising speed of stagnant water. There must be a better way. Some people thought of pumping with a water pump. The driver Xiao Yu used to work in the Peak Cable Company. Knowing that there might be one there, he drove to it immediately. When the rain began to overflow into the warehouse, Xiao Yu appeared with a pump. The male colleagues rolled up their trouser legs, rolled up their sleeves and rushed into the heavy rain, installed the water pump and connected the water pipe, and pulled it into the inspection well of the road. Finally, the danger was relieved, the rain and sweat flowed on each of our cheeks, and everyone showed a happy smile.
Shangchen Warehouse is a little far from the city. There is only one bus. It is not only inconvenient to commute to and from work, but also a problem to eat. Our family members Gan Hailin and Wang Jianhua also spent a lot of time solving the problem of eating. Every morning, the driver Xiao Yu bought the Chinese food in advance. After work at noon, we washed the food, washed the rice and cooked the food. Although we were not good at cooking, we should try our best to make it delicious. Especially Wang Jianhua, who never cooks at home, became our "chef". Because his family opened a pot shop, he brought many seasonings, and pot became our main dish. The doorman also gives us his own vegetables from time to time to make us eat more fresh. During the meal, everyone gathered together to comment on today's dishes and suggest tomorrow's "menu". The laughter was very lively. Although the office environment at that time was very simple, it did not affect our enthusiasm for work at all. On the contrary, it made us feel the warmth that work brought to each other.
The green years passed quickly, and I was almost at the point of retirement. 20 years of knowing, accompanying and staying with peak, let me forget the experience of flying to Hainan for the first time to prepare for the acceptance of Hainan peak GSP , the first time to listen to the harvest of business administration courses with colleagues in the classroom of normal university business school, the excitement of climbing peak mountain on the 42nd anniversary of peak startup 50#, and the vigorous walking team of "yi road peers" not long ago, I can't forget all the good memories that spike left me......
