Speaking of the importance of safe production, most employees may open their mouths: "Safety is the eternal theme of an enterprise, the foundation of its survival and development." "Safety first, prevention first." Indeed, for enterprises, especially those with traditional manufacturing industries such as Jianfeng, safe production is closely related to the survival and development of enterprises all the time. This is doomed to our safe production is a long-term and arduous task, not a matter of two days a day, two months a month, or two years a year. We must be mentally prepared to fight a protracted war.

National "Safety Production Month" is an annual event with only 30 days. It is impossible for any company to pass this short one-month safety activity publicity, safety education and training, and hidden danger investigation and management. Let's take safety management to a higher level; it is even more impossible to organize these activities once and for all. Even if the enterprise is well managed, the equipment is perfectly designed, and the employees are skilled again, as long as the changes in personnel, the operating life of the equipment, the working environment and the weather and other seemingly insignificant changes, it is possible to quietly breed potential safety hazards. Therefore, "safety month" is only a form of our advocacy of safe production. No matter how many activities and trainings are held in the safety month, the hidden dangers of safety will not be completely eliminated, and the effect of safety management will not last for a long time because of these activities. In order to truly achieve safe production, we should not have the idea of "relaxing" and "resting" just because the "safe production month" is over, let alone make a big fuss when the "safe month" is over. Instead, we should regard every month as a "safe month" and take "daily safety, monthly safety, and annual safety" as the ultimate goal, Do a good job every day and every moment of work.

In our enterprise, safety slogans such as "one minute on duty, safety

60 seconds" and "no harm to oneself, no harm to others, no harm to others" can be seen everywhere. The safety technical operation procedures of each post are all on the wall and are familiar to employees, but some people still let them stay on paper and verbally, in actual operation, it is "forgotten", which also leads to the repeated occurrence of many hidden dangers in previous safety inspections, which has become a common problem in production safety management. Because of this, the company will promote the construction of "safety and environmental protection accident free factory" in a three-year and five-year cycle, and carry out safety management activities such as "safety education year.

If you want to really improve the level of enterprise safety production management, of course you can't rely on the "Safety Month", but the "Safety Month" activities are concentrated, and some good experiences and practices will indeed be more clearly reflected. We might as well extend these experiences and practices to every day of our work, and at the same time, we also pay attention to experience summary in peacetime, so that "every month is a safe month", so that they can change from "activities" to a long-term mechanism, and finally become The driving force for us to continuously strengthen safety management.
