At the beginning of 2009 , I got on the south train alone and went through a journey of 48 hours to Jinhua, a southern city. I officially joined Jianfeng Pharmaceutical and became a QC in the Quality Control Department. I was 24 !
When I entered the laboratory, all my previous uneasiness disappeared, because this is a harmonious family with amiable teachers and vigorous friends. At the beginning, due to the language barrier, my colleagues tried their best to communicate in Mandarin in order to let me integrate into the group as soon as possible; the masters taught me various skills and experience hand in hand, which saved me a lot of detours and quickly completed it independently. Various inspection work. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's production concept of "one bag, bottle, needle, one life" and the earnest teachings of the masters make me feel the responsibility on my shoulders as a quality manager.
During my time in the pharmaceutical industry, I also had an unexpected harvest, which was love. After Yin's general introduction, I got to know my husband and entered the palace of marriage in 2012 . I married directly from my "mother's family" and made the second major decision in my life. Since my husband belongs to the pharmaceutical development department, I have another "peak daughter-in-law" status.
In the 4 years and 4 months of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, I have shed my youth and enriched myself through continuous efforts, laying the foundation for the future.
2013 7 May, I bid farewell to the "mentor" of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical and officially joined the preparation of Jianfeng Health. In the 5 years of peak health, I have challenged various positions, such as quality control, research and development, preparation of chain flagship stores, academic training, sales key account management, market management, etc. I have experienced every innovation and development of peak health. Recalling the past five years, there have been countless "firsts", the first time to open a store (chain flagship store preparation), the first time to switch (transferred to the marketing department), the first lecture (community training), the first time to face sales (sales of key account management)... In 2015 , Jianfeng Health won the right to host the "Ninth Forum on Innovation and Development of Chinese Herbal Pieces and the Symposium on International Business Standards of Chinese Herbal Pieces. Originally, it was planned that the main venue would be located in Hangzhou and a professional conference team would be hired to take the exercise. However, due to various reasons, the main venue was finally set in Jinhua, and the task fell gloriously to my then partner Xu Yuting and me. In two months, we have to arrange the agenda of the meeting, sponsor, invite speeches and guests to attend the meeting, and for a high-level seminar like this, the guests must also be well-known experts and elites in the industry. For the newcomers, it is almost impossible to complete the task with no experience and resources.
The most difficult thing is to invite guests to the conference. Because they have no resources on hand, they can only go to the websites of relevant enterprises to inquire about the contact information. However, when they call, they are often regarded as swindlers and do not want to pay attention to them. Through the introduction of teachers and classmates and the recommendation of peers, we finally won the trust of some people in the industry, the popularity of Jianfeng Health has also increased, and many enterprises have taken the initiative to come to the door to sign up for the meeting. When the meeting was finally held, Ren Daquan, former deputy director of the State Food and Drug Administration, 15 experts and professors in the industry, and more than 100 well-known entrepreneurs in the field of Chinese herbal pieces came to attend, which not only achieved a complete success, but also was highly valued by the Jinhua Municipal Government. Therefore, I was promoted to the head of the marketing department, which really started my marketing career.
In recent years, the marketing department has carried out many reforms according to the strategic adjustment of peak health, trying chain stores, e-commerce, sales, new micro-commerce and other modes, and the publicity method has also evolved from traditional paper media advertising to outdoor, car body, network and other emerging media. 2017 , we also tried to buy TV shopping, opened Jinhua terminal market, and launched large-scale push activities such as "Jianfeng Walking, Bone Tailai Refueling" and "Jianfeng Bone Tai Free Clinic Community Tour. 2018 , in order to further promote the new micro-business model, the marketing department also organized the development of 6 functional foods suitable for the promotion of new micro-business. With the development of Jianfeng Group, Jianfeng Health is also making unremitting efforts and constantly trying to move forward courageously. I am also constantly looking for myself in it.
2018 is the 73rd anniversary of peak venture 60#. I am honored to witness this moment and am grateful to be able to walk through the best 10 years of my life hand in hand with peak. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance
On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.
Due to the achievements made in the establishment of secondary safety production standardization, daye peak cement company recently received a special award of 200000 yuan from daye municipal government. In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015.
