In Anhui Xinbeika, Jiang Xiaomeng and other group leaders went deep into the production, technological transformation workshop and environmental protection transformation construction site to learn more about the current production and operation situation and project progress, and convened management backbones at all levels to discuss and exchange the current production, management and project construction. In view of the focus of New Beika's work this year, Jiang Xiaomeng put forward three requirements: first, to clarify ideas, define goals, and complete the annual work plan with quality and quantity; second, to standardize management, strengthen processes, and ensure that all engineering projects are implemented in accordance with regulations and processes; third, pay close attention to safety and environmental protection, ensure safe production, and zero tolerance for safety and environmental protection accidents. At the same time, Jiang Xiaomeng hopes that New North Card will arrange production reasonably, speed up project construction, and strive to achieve excellent performance and maximize returns to shareholders.

In Daye Peak, Jiang Xiaomeng and members of Daye Peak Team had a discussion to learn more about the production and operation of Daye Peak in the first half of the year, and the progress and effect of technological transformation of firing system, desulfurization system and denitration system. Jiang Xiaomeng fully affirmed the operating performance of Daye Peak in the first half of 2018 . Satisfied with the progress and results of technological transformation. After the meeting, Jiang Xiaomeng and others went deep into the production line to learn about the cost reduction and efficiency increase generated by the new high-definition digital monitoring system in the central control room, the desulfurization efficiency, process flow and environmental emission reduction benefits generated after the completion of the desulfurization project. Jiang Xiaomeng pointed out that Daye Jianfeng, as the first enterprise in Hubei Province to implement desulfurization projects, should not only strengthen relevant publicity and establish a corporate image, but also further improve environmental protection awareness and do a good job in environmental protection management in the follow-up production process, so as to ensure the good and healthy development of enterprises.
