5 22 to 25 , the inspectors conducted all-round inspection on the site and document records in groups, focusing on the implementation of laws and regulations list and compliance evaluation, factory safety production management system, risk identification and evaluation, quality / environmental management manual, environmental management procedures, etc, safety training records and "hazardous waste entrusted disposal agreement", "hazardous waste business license", "hazardous waste account", "emergency plan for environmental emergencies" and other contents. 6 August 5 self-inspection, the inspectors re-checked the maintenance of the relevant facilities of the sewage treatment system of Jinxi Plant, the implementation of the organic solvent tail gas absorption system in each workshop, the safety production system of the team and the relevant records, focusing on the investigation of the organic solvent that has failed in the inventory of the development department; The actual operation process of bulk management and sub-packaging of anhydrous ethanol in the storage tank loading and unloading area was checked, the discharge of rainwater outlets and the implementation of the approval authority for hazardous operations, and the self-assessment of special equipment.

Jinxi Factory and Qiubin Factory added a variety of records and facilities according to the requirements in the process of obtaining evidence, which made up for the lack of procedures in normal work. For example, according to the requirements of three-level standardization, they established "Emergency Rescue Equipment Account" and "Fire Fighting Facilities and Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Records" to ensure the normal use of fire fighting facilities. In the process of applying for the National Pollution Discharge Permit of Jinxi Factory, the entire environmental impact was re-checked and confirmed to ensure that the sewage discharge meets national requirements.

In the continuous inspection and rectification, the pharmaceutical company has made obvious improvements in safety and environmental protection. Through the inspection of 4 days, some problems were found, and the enterprise saw the distance from the standard.
