In the past few years, I have been studying various new policies and regulations, learning new office software, and making suggestions for straightening out the new sales process and improving office efficiency. Grass-roots office work is trivial and complicated, such as salary, entry and departure of employees, signing of labor contracts, examination of various expenses of salesmen, meeting arrangements, transmission of various documents and notices, file management, organization of female workers and trade union activities, etc., which are countless. Many things have never been touched before, and they still have to learn from scratch again. In this continuous learning and progress, unconsciously, I and the peak has been hand in hand for more than 20 years. This is also the best age in my life. I have dedicated my youth, enthusiasm and wisdom to it, and I have no regrets about it.
