Because of my skillful computer typing skills, I successfully applied to work in the printing room of general manager office of the group company. I also put down the original worries, devoted myself to the new job, and really integrated into the big family of peak.
Within a few years, with the popularization of computer technology and applications, the role of typing and printing work became smaller and smaller. In response to the company's call to streamline the organization, I applied to Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Sales Company for another new job transfer. The original work of the printing office was only step by step, and the leaders did what they said and did, pure and single. However, in pharmaceutical sales companies, it is completely different. Faced with many products, various customers and various sales policies, we must learn everything from scratch. Take answering the phone as an example. At first, I thought that I didn't understand the business. It was always easy to answer the phone, right? But I didn't expect that such a "simple" thing would overwhelm me. In the past, most of the work calls received from familiar colleagues and leaders, and there is no need to pay attention to telephone etiquette and standard Mandarin. However, the sales company is facing customers and consumers all over the country. First of all, you have to say in standard Mandarin at the first time when you pick up the phone: "Hello! Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Sales Company." Show the quality of the spikes. Secondly, we must have a wealth of product knowledge, otherwise we will not only delay the customer's time, but also affect the image of the enterprise. There is also enough patience, especially when encountering consultation calls from foreign patients who do not speak Mandarin, you should listen carefully, ask in detail, and explain patiently. In this way, I learned from small things, with the guidance of leaders and the help of colleagues, I quickly mastered the skills needed for the new position, and gradually grew into a business supervisor who can be independent.
In recent years, with the continuous control of the pharmaceutical industry by the state, various sales policies have appeared frequently, which has brought new pressure and challenges to the employees of our sales company. In the past few years, I have been studying various new policies and regulations, learning new office software, and making suggestions for straightening out the new sales process and improving office efficiency. At the end of last year, in response to the company's request of "three reductions and three improvements", I took over the daily management of the office in addition to the work I was responsible. Grass-roots office work is trivial and complicated, such as salary, entry and departure of employees, signing of labor contracts, examination of various expenses of salesmen, meeting arrangements, transmission of various documents and notices, file management, organization of female workers and trade union activities, etc., which are countless. Many things have never been touched before, and they still have to learn from scratch again. In addition to the existing business work, we can only make use of all available space, arrange the time as a whole, and do our best to do all the work well.
In this continuous learning and progress, unconsciously, I and the peak has been hand in hand for more than 20 years. This is also the best age in my life. I have dedicated my youth, enthusiasm and wisdom to it, and I have no regrets about it. It has been 60 years since Jianfeng founded Jinhua's first cement plant from scratch to become a cross-industry and cross-regional listed company, which embodies the painstaking efforts and sweat of countless ordinary Jianfeng people like me. Peak Pharmaceutical Becomes National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise
Just one year after it was identified as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise in 2016, "Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." appeared in the list of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises in 2017 recently announced by the State Intellectual Property Office. Peak natural products pollution control results by the industry attention
As a leader in China's plant extracts industry, Tianjin Jianfeng Natural Products Company has achieved fruitful results in technological innovation. On October 26 and 27, at the 2017 Forum on improving the international competitiveness of China's plant extract industry held in Handan City, Hebei Province, Liu Dan, general manager of the company, delivered a speech entitled "prevention and control of water pollution in the field of plant extraction", introducing the successful experience of sewage treatment in the past five years, which was widely concerned by the participants. In recent years, environmental protection and ecology have become hot words for the development of enterprises and society. Due to the particularity of the plant extraction industry, pollution control in this industry has different characteristics and requirements from ordinary production enterprises. For example, sewage presents higher chroma, extremely low PH value, more suspended solids, high salinity, high concentration of COD, and different sewage water quality of different products. As the earliest enterprise producing opc grape seed extract in China, Natural Products Company has always attached great importance to the pollution control of plant extraction. For example, in the sewage treatment upgrading project implemented in 2016, ozone oxidation and biochemical methods were adopted to remove the remaining organic pollutants, increasing the sewage treatment capacity from 200 cubic meters per day to 500 cubic meters. The latest anaerobic sewage treatment technology is adopted, the COD emission value of the outlet is reduced to 60 mg per liter, which is far lower than the national first-class emission standard of 100 mg per liter. The new system adopts advanced oxidation reaction tower, ozonation method, field energy reactor and sludge adsorption reflux technology, which can quickly and efficiently treat organic pollutants with strong chemical stability without adding any chemicals.
