Finally in 2001 , I was lucky enough to join the family as an employee of Spike Pharmaceuticals. "Be a low-key person and do things in a high-profile manner. Learn to be a person first and then learn to do things." Jiang Xiaomeng, the general manager of the pharmaceutical company at that time, has been teaching us these newcomers, which has kept me in mind to this day.

At the beginning of my work, I did business assessment in the new special drug branch of the pharmaceutical company on the street. I cherish this hard-won opportunity very much. I devoted my enthusiasm and concentration to my work and successfully became a full member after one year. At that time, Cheng Xiujuan was my teacher, teaching me to carry out business assessment, sales ledger and accounts receivable management. With the help of leaders and colleagues, I slowly grew up, began to contact the financial position, from the cashier, tax returns to do the general ledger... step by step to assume more responsibility.

After working in New Special Drugs for a few years, I "switched" to a pharmaceutical sales company. I remember that at that time, the financial department still relied on manual accounting, which was very complicated to deal. Later, the company went to UFIDA U8 financial system. After a period of familiarity, the work efficiency of our financial personnel was greatly improved. The joy of replacing manual accounting with computers makes me very excited. I even feel inexplicably happy to be able to input 500 or 600 invoices to the general ledger every month. When

was first transferred to the finance department of the pharmaceutical company, I was already an old employee and felt a lot of pressure. Because I have been working in grass-roots enterprises before, and the work content is relatively single. At the level of professional companies, I find that I am not very familiar with many businesses. Under the guidance of "old finance" He Wen, I learned the knowledge of consolidated statements, declaration of government projects, tax planning, etc. The leaders of the company also trust me very much and let me try as many new things as possible. During this period, I also experienced some setbacks and failures, and more experience accumulated slowly. By the time I was transferred to Spike Health Technology, I was already a financial person with more comprehensive business capabilities.

I have worked in peak for many years, changed many positions and experienced many things. I found that having a good attitude will make my work more enjoyable. Work is an indispensable part of life, just like the relationship between green leaves and big trees is inseparable. This attitude can change a person's life. It is precisely because of my love for work that I have more experience in understanding things and dealing with people, and have a greater improvement in my own business ability. It also softens my originally impatient personality a little bit. When dealing with problems, I can settle down to analyze in many aspects and strive to achieve the best results.

Looking back on my work experience, I often feel that I am a lucky person. No matter when and where someone always gives me help and care. It is everyone's love and tolerance that makes up every bit of my life. I thank the teachers for their guidance and help, enrich my cognition and open my dream; thank the team members for learning from each other and cooperating with each other. I have a deep relationship with my colleagues around me, and I also have a heartfelt love for the big tree of the peak, just like the friendship of green leaves to the root.
