News 5# September 18 , the on-site meeting of Jianfeng Group 2017 Annual Shareholders' Meeting was held in Conference Room 314 of Jianfeng Building to consider and pass the "Report on the Work of the Board of Directors in 2017 " and other proposals. The
meeting was convened by the board of directors of Jianfeng Group and presided over by Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng. The total number of shareholders and proxies present at the meeting was 31 , and the number of voting shares held was 57,110,032 , accounting for 16.60% of the total share capital of the company . Some directors, supervisors and secretary of the board of directors of the company attended the meeting, and senior managers attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
The meeting adopted a combination of on-site voting and online voting to vote, deliberated and passed the "2017 Board of Directors Work Report", "2017 Board of Supervisors Work Report", "2017 Financial Final Accounts Report", "2017 Profit Distribution Proposal", "Hiring Company 2018 Audit Institution Proposal", "Proposal to Provide Guarantee to Holding Subsidiaries" and "2017 Annual Report" and its summary, etc. 7 motion.
