This exercise simulated that when an electrician from the security team of the production and manufacturing department was preparing to inspect the coal vertical mill system according to the department's arrangement, he found that there was smoke near the main motor of the mill. After arriving at the scene, he found that the maintenance power cabinet was on fire. He was afraid of causing electrical failure in the coal vertical mill system. He immediately informed the central control, paid attention to the changes of relevant equipment, prepared to the shutdown at any time, and rushed to the power supply, with the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher, the fire source can be quickly extinguished, and the on-site disposal is effective, thus avoiding the further expansion of the accident. Relevant persons in charge also arrived at the scene one after another to arrange other personnel to deal with follow-up problems after confirming the normal operation of surrounding equipment.

All departments in this exercise coordinated and cooperated to deal with the accident quickly and successfully completed the exercise task. More than 30 personnel from clinker section, cement mill section inspection and maintenance personnel, outsourcing maintenance personnel, central control room operators, safety and environmental protection department, etc. participated in the exercise.
