In this training, the comprehensive preparation workshop conducted systematic training for employees in terms of microbial knowledge and problems found in the self-inspection process, key positions SOP in the workshop, job responsibilities, safety knowledge, factory discipline and regulations, and on-site assessment. The training of microbial knowledge explained the types and characteristics of microorganisms, and watched the changing video of personnel entering the sterile area together, so that employees could improve their understanding of microbial knowledge and avoid or reduce microbial pollution in the production process. At the same time, the relevant person in charge of the quality department also analyzed the problems found in the self-inspection process over the years, so that employees have a further understanding of the problem. Key Position SOP training enables personnel in key production positions to have a deeper understanding of job responsibilities and further enhance their familiarity with key process parameters. During the training, the trainees also learned the "Safety Education Reader", "Jinxi Factory Regulations" and "On-site Assessment Measures" newly compiled by the Group Company in 2018 . The workshop leaders also made a comprehensive analysis of the problems and deficiencies of the employees and proposed improvement measures.
