After a bumpy ride, it was almost ten o'clock in the evening to Simao, so I stayed in a hotel in the city that night. The next morning, the sun just appeared, sleepy-eyed I was called up by my father and went to the factory with him in a daze.

Walking into his dormitory, I saw a small space with only one bed, which made people feel very crowded. Has Dad always lived here? I can't help but have a sore nose.
When I settled down and wanted to talk to my dad later, he was gone from the dormitory. Looking out of the window, he was walking towards the back of the factory in the distance.
Time went by one by one, and finally when Dad returned to "home" from work, his clean work clothes were covered with sweat and dust, and his face was full of fatigue, which was different from when he went out. Seeing this scene, I imagined that my father was busy in the factory. It must be very hard!
The leaders and colleagues of Dad's unit were very enthusiastic. Because of our arrival, everyone went to the nearby town for dinner after work. After the meal, the scene was dark. We walked back along the road. The lights in the factory looked like a long dragon or a silver snake from a distance. I can't express the details in words, but in this dark night, these lights were extremely gorgeous, just like the source of life, bringing hope to people...
In those days in Yunnan, the time spent with my father was always so short. He was busy at work every day, and after work, he accompanied us to the nearby town. Along the way, although my father accompanied me talking and laughing, I also felt his exhaustion. At that moment, I suddenly understood that every time I went back to Jinhua for vacation, my father never mentioned the hardships of his work. He always "reported the good news but not the bad news". It turned out that it was just to make us feel at home.
