My family is in the countryside. Since I was a child, my family's conditions are very bad. I often can't afford to pay tuition fees. When I go to school, I want to graduate quickly, go to work quickly to make money, and lighten the burden on my family. When I graduated, I was assigned to Shangyu Pharmaceutical Factory and worked in the workshop. My parents felt that this job was relatively stable and very good for girls, but when I was young, I didn't like too rigid and mechanical work, so I didn't listen to my parents' opinions and chose the health care industry that was not favored by my family at that time. For this reason, my parents are very angry and disappointed with me.

Since entering the health care industry, it has been eight years since I insisted on it. In these eight years, I have gained a lot of valuable experience and material gains along the way from the grass-roots marketing staff to the regional manager, from the head of the appreciation service department to the front-line lecturer. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association.
