Vilaykham said this during a visit to Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company. During this visit, she led a delegation composed of heads of government departments such as the Lao National Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, the Road and Bridge Bureau, and the Water Supply Bureau, as well as officials of the Fengsali Provincial Government, to visit and inspect.
