Vilaykham said this during a visit to Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company. During this visit, she led a delegation composed of heads of government departments such as the Lao National Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, the Road and Bridge Bureau, and the Water Supply Bureau, as well as officials of the Fengsali Provincial Government, to visit and inspect. The two sides will strengthen the "Belt and Road" Lao infrastructure. In-depth discussions were conducted on cooperation in cement supply for key projects such as construction railways, highways, airports, power stations and dams.

In order to let Lao guests have a deeper understanding of the peak, Fang Xuhua, deputy general manager of Yunnan peak, introduced the development process, industrial structure, production and operation of Yunnan peak, marketing, etc. He said that Jianfeng Group, the earliest listed company in China's cement industry, has gone through 60 years of development.
