The results of the training are effective. The employees' awareness of safety precautions in production has been significantly enhanced, the quality of inspection has been improved, and potential safety hazards have been carefully investigated. Violations of regulations and disciplines have hardly occurred. Because too many safety casualties that could not have occurred or could have been controlled during the training, employees focused on safety in whatever work they did.
