When I first started working, I worked in the raw material workshop of Jiangnan Factory for more than two months. The Quality Supervision Department recruited QA for the workshop. At the beginning of 2015 , Jiangnan Factory was facing relocation, and the workshop worked overtime to catch up with production and time. But just then, news came that his father was seriously ill. I was worried and a little distracted when I was married. The workshop leader, Tong Xiaojun, saw my worries and arranged all the work for me so that I could have enough time to go home and take care of my father on weekends. With his help, I didn't do anything I regretted.
In the past ten years, I have gained a lot from the management at the grassroots level. I am very grateful to the company for creating a platform for me to display my talents, so that I can continue to learn, exercise and grow in my work. In my work, I learned a lot of knowledge other than textbooks. I also saw the selfless dedication of my predecessors, who set a good example for me.
I am glad that I am in a new era and in such a vibrant enterprise as the peak.
